This policy explains what ClassifiedTrades ("we", "us") collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to have it removed. It describes what this site actually does — nothing more, so that you can hold us to it.

Because the site itself collects almost nothing, the meaningful disclosures are the services you choose to use, each governed by its own privacy policy:
We may also disclose personal data where we are legally required to — for example in response to a lawful request from a court or regulator.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict processing. Some jurisdictions also give you the right to complain to a data protection authority.
We honour these requests regardless of where you live — we hold so little that there is no reason not to. Ask, and we will tell you exactly what we have and delete it on request, except where we are required to keep a record for tax or accounting purposes. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.
This site and service are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
The site is served over HTTPS. Support records are held in a database that is not reachable from the public internet. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
We operate from the United States, and the third-party services listed above operate internationally. If you contact us or purchase from outside the US, your data will be processed in the US.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If we ever begin collecting something new — analytics, for instance — we will say so here before doing it, not afterwards.
